Hello, Hera Server users.

The Report Board is now operating normally.

The system is based on voting by a selected group of users. Although server administrators may intervene when necessary, the server is gradually moving toward a community-driven structure in which users participate directly in maintaining order.

The process is simple.

Selected users with voting privileges review reports submitted to the Report Board and cast their votes.

Once voting is completed, if the number of approval votes is greater than the number of rejection votes, the reported user will immediately be restricted from accessing and participating in the server for 24 hours from the time the vote ends.

Because voting privileges carry significant authority, users with these privileges may be monitored and reviewed without prior notice.

General behavior such as profanity, complaints, or criticism of the server will not automatically affect voting privileges. However, if any misconduct, manipulation, collusion, abuse of authority, or other unfair activity related to voting is discovered, the user’s voting privileges will be revoked.

Depending on the severity of the violation, additional penalties may also be applied.

Server administrators may intervene when additional action against a reported user is considered necessary.

Administrators may review the report, the voting results, and the user’s previous history before deciding whether a stronger penalty should be applied.

For example, if a user has been reported repeatedly and a 24-hour restriction is considered insufficient, the administrators may impose a longer suspension or another appropriate penalty.

Administrative intervention is limited to additional measures and exceptional situations. The initial decision on each report is primarily determined through community voting.
