We would like to provide a detailed explanation regarding the recent server outage.

At the time the issue occurred, the server administrator and engineers were resting. We were first notified of the situation by regional server staff at approximately 10:28 AM KST on August 1, 2026.

● August 1, 2026, approximately 4:30 AM KST
Approximately 1,300 system failure alerts were generated.

● August 1, 2026, approximately 6:18 AM KST
The database server stopped due to its allocated capacity being exceeded.

● August 1, 2026, approximately 6:19 AM KST
The game server stopped due to its allocated capacity being exceeded.

● August 1, 2026, approximately 6:19 AM KST
The website server stopped due to its allocated capacity being exceeded.

● August 1, 2026, approximately 10:28 AM KST
Regional server staff contacted us and provided an explanation of the situation.

The administrator and engineers began investigating the server status.

The cause of the outage was identified, and work began on preventive measures and system improvements.

● August 1, 2026, approximately 3:00 PM KST
Deployment of the newly developed patch began.

The server is currently in the final preparation stage for reopening.

Rather than reopening the server immediately without sufficient verification, we focused on identifying the exact cause of the outage and preventing the same issue from occurring again.

Recovery, server stabilization, and optimization work have now been completed. We have also corrected additional weaknesses that were not identified during the previous maintenance.

We sincerely apologize that the server remained unavailable for an extended period.

We will continue to disclose information regarding server outages as transparently as possible and take the necessary measures to minimize inconvenience and prevent further damage to our users.
