Dear HERA Server Users,

Our server engineering team has recently been occupied with other responsibilities, which made it difficult to properly manage and apply updates to the server.

At present, we are actively developing improvements to ensure that the urgent deletion system operates correctly during server patches. We also ask for your understanding that language-specific patches for each region are currently under development as well.

Additionally, regarding the report board: although we initially did not plan to implement this feature, we created it after gathering feedback from many users. The original purpose of the report board was to have a group of selected jurors vote on reported cases, allowing the administrators to review the results and make fair decisions accordingly.

However, participation from jurors has been very limited, and even some of the selected jurors have not been actively voting. As a temporary measure, administrators stepped in to manage the report board, but it has been confirmed that it is still not being operated effectively.

We are currently reviewing these issues related to the server and will continue working closely with our administrators to create a more stable, fair, and enjoyable environment for all users.
