Since the server opened, we have never blocked any IP ranges except for those specifically reported.
Additionally, the IP bans on reported users have already been lifted, and they can now connect to the server normally.

However, it has been confirmed that some IP ranges are currently experiencing connection issues. We promise to make every effort to resolve this matter.

At present, users on KT appear to be able to connect without issues.
However, some lines from SKT and LG U+ have been confirmed to be experiencing problems.

We are currently investigating through inspections how the server side can resolve this issue, and we assure you that we will do everything possible to restore stable service.
