We are currently experiencing difficulties stabilizing the server due to issues with unstable data during simultaneous connections between the in-game server, the database, and the website server.
As a result of this issue, the following symptoms may occur:

• When unstable data flow is detected, an internal firewall-like system may activate, causing the in-game server to shut down.

• Abnormalities in the database server may cause some user icons to appear as question marks.

• While logging in from the in-game client may be possible, logging in from the website may fail.

The operations team is currently holding discussions to address these issues, and we will post an official announcement as soon as a solution is reached.
