We would like to provide a detailed explanation regarding the recent server outage.

A server outage occurred at approximately 8:01 PM KST on August 29, 2026, and the exact cause could not be immediately identified.

Rather than restarting and reopening the server immediately, we prioritized investigating the cause first in order to reduce the possibility of the same issue occurring again.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 8:01 PM KST
The server went down due to an unidentified issue.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 9:50 PM KST
Server staff confirmed the outage and contacted the administrator.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 10:20 PM KST
The administrator confirmed the server outage and began reviewing the situation.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 10:30 PM KST
The engineer remotely connected to the server and began investigating the cause of the outage.

Rather than reopening the server immediately, the investigation was prioritized in order to identify the cause and prevent the same issue from occurring again.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 11:15 PM KST
After analyzing the available server logs, no clear cause of the outage could be identified.

Because the existing logs were not sufficient to determine the exact cause, additional detailed logging measures were implemented along with server stabilization patches.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 11:30 PM KST
Server testing began after the logging and stabilization patches were applied.

● August 29, 2026, approximately 11:50 PM KST
Testing was completed and the server was restored to normal operation.

Although the exact cause of this outage could not be confirmed from the existing logs, additional logging has now been implemented so that more detailed information can be collected if a similar issue occurs again.

We also applied additional stabilization measures during the recovery process.

Rather than focusing only on restoring the server as quickly as possible, we chose to investigate the issue and strengthen the server environment to help prevent repeated outages.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the extended downtime.

We will continue to disclose information regarding server outages as transparently as possible and will continue monitoring the server for any abnormal behavior.
