Dear, HERA Server users,

We are pleased to announce that the HERA Server website has been completely renewed.

The previous website system has been replaced with a newly developed system designed to provide a more stable, secure, and reliable experience. We will continue to improve the website by updating existing features and gradually adding new ones.

Security was one of our highest priorities during this renewal. Sensitive user information, including passwords, is securely protected using industry-standard encryption and one-way hashing technologies. Password data is not stored in readable form, and even the administrators cannot view or recover users’ original passwords.

We believe the new system will provide a significantly more stable and secure environment than the previous system. However, as the website has only recently reopened, some features may continue to be adjusted or improved.

We sincerely apologize for the instability and inconvenience experienced during the server and website renewal process. We also deeply apologize for the unexpected server downtime that occurred during maintenance.
