This is the Admin of the HERA SERVER Operations Team.

On June 20, 2025, the scheduled account reset was completed successfully. However, an unexpected issue occurred with the integration system between the website and the in-game server. Specifically, accounts created on the website were not properly synchronized with the in-game system, which caused confusion for many users.

To address this problem, we immediately enabled in-game account creation as an emergency measure. However, we soon noticed that many users began creating accounts at random, taking advantage of the temporary system.

We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. Once the account system is unlocked, it becomes technically challenging for the operations team to limit or control the creation of individual accounts. While we aim to ensure a fair and stable environment for everyone, certain situations can only be mitigated to a limited extent. We truly appreciate your patience and generosity as we work through these challenges.

Please note that no compensation will be provided for the account reset, and no further resets are planned unless there is serious damage to the database.

We are pleased to inform you that the database has now been fully restored as a result of this reset, and the system is functioning normally.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the reset and for any shortcomings in the operation and management of the server during this time. We are committed to improving our services and ensuring a smoother experience moving forward.
