1Use of the server

1. Anyone may use this server free of charge.
2. The operators may change or suspend any part of the service without prior notice.
3. An account is for its owner only. Any loss caused by sharing, lending or selling an account is the owner's responsibility.

2Points

1. Points are a virtual currency used only inside this server and have no value outside it.
2. Points cannot be bought with money and are never exchanged for cash, goods or any other service.
3. Trading points between members is not supported. Giving or receiving points or items in return for money or anything of value is prohibited.
4. Points may be adjusted or withdrawn for operational reasons, such as correcting errors or confirmed abuse.

3Information we collect (signed-in members)

1. IP address: kept in the login history to spot unauthorised access and duplicate accounts.
2. E-mail address: prevents mass account creation and ban evasion, and is used for account recovery.
3. Password: stored only as an encrypted hash. Operators cannot read it.
4. Chat log: used as reference when a report or abuse is investigated.
5. The information is used only for the purposes above, is not given to third parties, and is kept only as long as operation requires.

4Prohibited conduct (in game and on the site)

1. Bots: when a bot plays a custom map, the bot account, the account that ran it, and anyone who joined that room may all be penalised.
2. Impersonating staff: not tolerated under any circumstances.
3. Spreading false information about the server that confuses other players.
4. Hacks, map hacks or cheat programs; gaining points or event rewards unfairly with multiple accounts.
5. Abuse, hate speech, spamming, leaking another person's private information, or attacking the server.

5Penalties

1. Violations may lead to a warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension or withdrawal of points. Serious cases may be penalised without a prior warning.
2. Reports are handled through the report board, where the result can also be checked.
3. Objections can be raised through the support (Q&A) board.

6Changes to these rules

1. These rules may change without prior notice. The "last updated" date on this page is renewed whenever they change.
2. Continuing to use the server after a change means you accept the changed rules.
