네, 서버에선 신고 게시판이라는 시스템이 존재하며,
양식에 맞게 작성하여 신고하면 해당 유저에 대한 제재가 이루어집니다.
다만, 신고 게시판의 판단은 몇몇 배심원 등급의 일반 유저들이 진행합니다.
(배심원 지원은 항시 받고있으며, 서버 규칙을 위배하지 않은 사용자들로 구성되어있습니다.)
해당 문제는 고질적인 워크래프트 3 프로즌쓰론 만의 추가설정을 해야되는 문제이며,
이는 구글, 네이버 인터넷 검색을 통하여 적절히 해결할 수 있습니다.
이 문제에 대해 서버에서 지원할 수 있는 시스템은 현재로서는 존재하지 않습니다.
M16Tool.exe를 이용하셔 서버에 접속하지 않아 발생하는 문제입니다.
대부분의 오류는 Frozen Throne 아이콘을 눌러 접속하거나, 구버전의 JNLoader를 사용하여 발생하는것으로 확인됩니다.
M16Tool.exe 및 JNLoader가 삭제되는 현상은 Windows 방화벽, 백신 프로그램에 의해 삭제되는것으로 확인됩니다.
워크래프트 3 및 M16Rool.exe가 설치되어있는 폴더는 검사 제외를 하여 접속하시기 바랍니다.

However, there is a way to create a blacklist using the relevant Usemap community.
If you search for “Warcraft 3 Port Forwarding” on various portal sites such as Naver and Google, you will find various solutions.
Remote access is not supported on this server.
You are not using the latest version of JNLoader.
Here are the steps to resolve the issue:

Make sure the folder path where Warcraft is installed does not contain any Korean characters. Please change the path to English only.

Delete all existing JN-related files from the Warcraft folder.

Use M16Tool to set the correct Warcraft folder path.

Launch Warcraft using M16Tool.

HERA SERVER does not have a dedicated reporting center for bad-mannered behavior, but the following solutions are available:

Report the issue on the Naver Cafe for the specific custom map.

Request a map ban from the host of the custom game.
If the issue occurs in the in-game channel or on the website, please try one of the following:
