Here are the rules that must be followed when using the server.

서버 이용 규칙
본 규칙은 서버의 안정적인 운영, 공정한 게임 환경 유지, 그리고 모든 유저의 원활한 서버 이용을 보장하기 위해 제정되었습니다.
본 서버에 접속하거나 계정을 생성·이용하는 모든 유저는 본 규칙의 모든 내용을 충분히 인지하고 이에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
제1조 (유저의 권한)
제1조 1항
유저는 본 서버를 무료로 이용할 권리를 가진다.
다만, 서버 점검, 장애, 시스템 오류, 보안 문제 또는 운영 정책에 따라 사전 공지 여부와 관계없이 일시적으로 이용이 제한될 수 있다.
제1조 2항
유저는 서버 이용 중 발생하는 오류, 불편 사항, 개선 요청 등에 대해 운영자에게 건의할 수 있다.
단, 건의 내용의 반영 여부 및 처리 방식은 운영자의 판단에 따른다.
제1조 3항
유저는 서버 공지, 규칙 변경, 이벤트, 패치 등 서버 이용에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 사항에 대해 안내받을 권리를 가진다.
제1조 4항
유저는 다른 유저의 규칙 위반 행위로 인해 피해를 입었다고 판단되는 경우, 운영자에게 이를 신고하고 조사를 요청할 수 있다.
단, 조사 과정에서 서버 로그, 접속 기록, IP 주소, 계정 정보 등 보안 및 운영과 관련된 내부 자료는 어떠한 경우에도 공개되지 않는다.
제2조 (유저의 의무)
제2조 1항
유저는 서버 이용 시 운영자 및 관리자의 안내, 요청, 지시에 성실히 협조해야 하며, 이를 거부하거나 방해해서는 안 된다.
제2조 2항
유저는 서버 내에서 다른 유저 또는 운영자에게 불쾌감, 위협, 혼란 또는 지속적인 불편을 초래하는 언행이나 행동을 해서는 안 된다.
제2조 3항
유저는 서버 시스템, 게임 규칙, 운영 정책의 허점을 이용하여 정상적인 게임 진행 범위를 벗어난 방식으로 이득을 취해서는 안 된다.
제2조 4항
유저는 고의 여부와 관계없이 서버의 안정성, 공정성, 운영 환경에 악영향을 미칠 수 있는 모든 행위를 해서는 안 되며,
해당 행위의 판단 기준은 운영자에게 있다.
제3조 (금지 행위)
다음 각 호의 행위는 서버 질서를 심각하게 훼손하거나 훼손할 우려가 있는 행위로 간주되며, 의도 여부와 관계없이 금지된다.
제3조 1항
핵, 매크로, 불법 프로그램, 외부 도구 또는 이에 준하는 수단을 사용하는 행위
제3조 2항
버그, 시스템 오류, 설정 미비 등을 인지한 상태에서 이를 반복적으로 활용하거나 이를 통해 직·간접적인 이득을 취하는 행위
제3조 3항
운영자 또는 관리자를 사칭하거나, 허위·왜곡된 정보를 유포하여 다른 유저에게 혼란을 주는 행위
제3조 4항
동일하거나 유사한 행동을 반복함으로써 정상적인 게임 진행 또는 서버 이용을 현저히 저해하고,
그 결과 서버 질서 유지에 부정적인 영향을 미친다고 운영자가 판단하는 행위
제3조 5항
다중 계정을 생성하거나 이를 활용하여 부정 행위를 하거나, 제재를 회피하려는 행위
제3조 6항
서버에 과도한 부하를 유발하거나 서버 안정성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 모든 시도
제3조 7항
본 규칙에 명시되지 않았더라도, 운영자가 서버 운영 및 질서 유지에 중대한 위험 요소로 판단하는 모든 행위
제4조 (운영자의 권한)
제4조 1항
운영자는 서버의 안정적인 운영과 질서 유지를 위해 필요한 모든 관리 권한을 가진다.
제4조 2항
운영자는 유저의 행위가 본 규칙을 위반하거나 서버 운영에 악영향을 미친다고 판단할 경우,
사전 경고 여부와 관계없이 즉시 조치를 취할 수 있다.
제4조 3항
운영자는 로그, 시스템 기록, 접속 기록, 상황 판단 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 조치를 결정할 권한을 가지며,
해당 판단 과정은 공개되지 않는다.
제4조 4항
운영자의 판단은 서버 운영을 위한 최종 판단으로 간주되며,
이를 반복적으로 부정하거나 문제 삼는 행위 또한 제재 대상이 될 수 있다.
제5조 (제재 및 처벌 기준)
제5조 1항
규칙 위반 시, 운영자는 위반의 내용, 반복성, 고의성, 서버에 미친 영향 등을 종합적으로 고려하여
다음 조치를 단계적으로 또는 즉시 적용할 수 있다.

제5조 2항
다음 행위는 서버 운영에 중대한 위협이 되는 행위로 간주되며,
사전 경고 없이 즉시 영구 이용 제한될 수 있다.

버그 악용을 통한 이득 취득

서버 공격 또는 운영 방해 행위

제재 회피 목적의 반복적 행위
제5조 3항
제재의 수위, 기간, 적용 방식에 대한 최종 결정권은 운영자에게 있으며,
이에 대한 추가적인 이의 제기는 제한될 수 있다.
제6조 (이의 제기)
제6조 1항
유저는 제재에 대해 합리적이고 정당한 사유가 있을 경우 운영자에게 이의 제기를 할 수 있다.
제6조 2항
이의 제기는 사실에 근거하여 정중하게 진행되어야 하며,
감정적 표현, 비방, 협박, 압박 행위가 포함될 경우 추가 제재의 사유가 될 수 있다.
제6조 3항
이의 제기 처리 과정에서 서버 내부 자료는 공개되지 않으며,
운영자의 최종 판단은 이를 존중해야 한다.
제7조 (규칙 변경)
제7조 1항
본 규칙은 서버 운영 상황, 시스템 변경, 정책 조정 등에 따라 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있다.
제7조 2항
규칙 변경 이후에도 서버를 계속 이용할 경우, 변경된 규칙에 동의한 것으로 간주한다.
제8조 (장기 미접속 계정 관리)
제8조 1항
본 서버는 서버 자원 관리 및 운영 효율성을 위해 장기 미접속 계정에 대해 삭제 조치를 시행한다.
제8조 2항
유저가 마지막 접속 기록 기준으로 연속 14일 이상 서버에 접속하지 않을 경우,
해당 계정은 장기 미접속 계정으로 분류된다.
제8조 3항
장기 미접속 계정으로 분류된 이후에도 추가로 14일 동안 접속 기록이 없을 경우,
해당 계정은 별도의 추가 안내 없이 서버의 자동화된 계정 삭제 시스템에 의해 즉시 삭제된다.
제8조 4항
계정 삭제 기준은 서버에 기록된 접속 로그를 기준으로 하며,
유저는 본인의 계정 상태를 직접 관리할 책임이 있다.
제8조 5항
장기 미접속으로 삭제된 계정의 데이터, 기록, 포인트 등은 복구되지 않는다.
제9조 (후원 정책)
제9조 1항
후원은 서버 운영을 지원하기 위한 자발적인 선택 사항이며,
후원 여부와 관계없이 서버 이용에 차별은 없다.
제9조 2항
후원 플랜, 혜택, 조건, 유지 기간은 서버 운영 상황에 따라 언제든지 변경, 추가 또는 종료될 수 있다.
제9조 3항
후원 혜택은 후원 조건이 유지되는 동안에만 적용되며,
후원 종료 시 일부 또는 전체 혜택이 종료될 수 있다.
제10조 (후원 등급 및 계정 보호)
제10조 1항 (브론즈)
후원 기간 동안 장기 미접속으로 인한 계정 삭제가 적용되지 않으며,
후원 종료 시 해당 보호 혜택은 즉시 해제된다.
제10조 2항 (실버)
브론즈 혜택에 더해 포인트 1,000이 1회 지급되며,
후원 종료 시 보호 혜택은 해제된다.
제10조 3항 (골드)
브론즈 혜택에 더해 포인트 10,000이 1회 지급되며,
후원 종료 시 보호 혜택은 해제된다.
제10조 4항 (플래티넘)
브론즈 혜택에 더해 포인트 50,000이 1회 지급되며,
후원 종료 이후에도 계정 보호 혜택은 유지된다.
제11조 (후원 유의사항)
제11조 1항
후원 혜택은 환불, 이전, 양도가 불가능하다.
제11조 2항
후원 혜택 악용 또는 규칙 위반 시 운영자는 혜택을 회수하거나 제한할 수 있다.
제11조 3항
후원 여부와 관계없이 모든 유저는 동일한 규칙과 제재 기준을 적용받는다.
제12조 (최종 조항)
제12조 1항
본 규칙에 명시되지 않은 사항에 대한 해석 및 적용의 최종 권한은 운영자에게 있다.
제12조 2항
본 규칙은 공지된 시점부터 효력이 발생한다.

Server Rules
These rules are established to ensure stable server operation, a fair gaming environment, and smooth use of the server by all users.
All users who access, create an account on, or use this server are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all contents of these rules.
Article 1 (User Rights)
Article 1, Clause 1
Users have the right to use this server free of charge.
However, server access may be temporarily restricted without prior notice due to maintenance, system errors, security issues, or operational policies.
Article 1, Clause 2
Users may submit suggestions, reports of errors, inconveniences, or improvement requests to the operator.
However, whether and how such suggestions are reflected shall be determined solely at the operator’s discretion.
Article 1, Clause 3
Users have the right to be informed of notices, rule changes, events, patches, and other matters that directly affect server usage.
Article 1, Clause 4
If a user believes they have suffered damage due to another user’s violation of these rules, they may report the matter and request an investigation by the operator.
However, internal information related to security and operation, including server logs, access records, IP addresses, and account information, shall not be disclosed under any circumstances.
Article 2 (User Obligations)
Article 2, Clause 1
Users must comply in good faith with instructions, requests, and guidance from the operator or administrators and must not obstruct or refuse such instructions.
Article 2, Clause 2
Users must not engage in any language or behavior that causes discomfort, threats, confusion, or continuous inconvenience to other users or the operator.
Article 2, Clause 3
Users must not exploit vulnerabilities in the server system, game rules, or operational policies to gain benefits beyond normal gameplay.
Article 2, Clause 4
Regardless of intent, users must not engage in any behavior that may negatively affect server stability, fairness, or the operating environment.
The determination of such behavior shall be at the operator’s discretion.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are considered to seriously disrupt or potentially disrupt server order and are prohibited regardless of intent.
Article 3, Clause 1
Using hacks, macros, illegal programs, external tools, or any equivalent means.
Article 3, Clause 2
Knowingly and repeatedly exploiting bugs, system errors, or configuration flaws to gain direct or indirect benefits.
Article 3, Clause 3
Impersonating the operator or administrators, or spreading false or misleading information that causes confusion among users.
Article 3, Clause 4
Repeating identical or similar actions that significantly interfere with normal gameplay or server usage, and which the operator determines to have a negative impact on server order.
Article 3, Clause 5
Creating or using multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or to evade penalties.
Article 3, Clause 6
Any attempt that causes excessive server load or may affect server stability.
Article 3, Clause 7
Any other act not explicitly listed above that the operator determines to pose a significant risk to server operation or order.
Article 4 (Operator Authority)
Article 4, Clause 1
The operator has all necessary administrative authority to ensure stable server operation and maintain order.
Article 4, Clause 2
If the operator determines that a user has violated these rules or adversely affected server operation, appropriate measures may be taken immediately, regardless of prior warning.
Article 4, Clause 3
The operator may determine actions based on a comprehensive review of logs, system records, access records, and situational judgment.
The decision-making process shall not be disclosed.
Article 4, Clause 4
The operator’s judgment shall be considered final for server operation purposes, and repeatedly disputing or challenging such decisions may itself be subject to sanctions.
Article 5 (Sanctions and Penalties)
Article 5, Clause 1
In the event of a rule violation, the operator may apply the following measures progressively or immediately, taking into account the nature of the violation, repetition, intent, and impact on the server.

The following acts are considered serious threats to server operation and may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning.

Repeated attempts to evade penalties
Article 5, Clause 3
The level, duration, and method of sanctions shall be determined solely by the operator, and further objections may be restricted.
Article 6 (Appeals)
Article 6, Clause 1
Users may submit an appeal if they have reasonable and legitimate grounds regarding a sanction.
Article 6, Clause 2
Appeals must be made politely and based on factual information.
Appeals containing emotional expressions, defamation, threats, or pressure may result in additional sanctions.
Article 6, Clause 3
Internal server materials shall not be disclosed during the appeal process, and the operator’s final decision must be respected.
Article 7 (Rule Changes)
Article 7, Clause 1
These rules may be modified after prior notice due to changes in server operation, system updates, or policy adjustments.
Article 7, Clause 2
Continued use of the server after rule changes shall be deemed acceptance of the revised rules.
Article 8 (Inactive Account Management)
Article 8, Clause 1
To ensure efficient resource management and stable operation, the server enforces deletion measures for inactive accounts.
Article 8, Clause 2
If a user does not log in to the server for 14 consecutive days based on the last recorded access, the account shall be classified as inactive.
Article 8, Clause 3
If an account remains inactive for an additional 14 days after being classified as inactive, it shall be immediately deleted by the server’s automated account deletion system without further notice.
Article 8, Clause 4
Account deletion is based on server access logs, and users are responsible for managing their own account activity.
Article 8, Clause 5
Accounts deleted due to inactivity, including all associated data, records, and points, cannot be restored.
Article 9 (Donation Policy)
Article 9, Clause 1
Donations are a voluntary choice to support server operation, and server usage is not restricted based on donation status.
Article 9, Clause 2
Donation plans, benefits, conditions, and durations may be changed, added, or terminated at any time depending on server operational circumstances.
Article 9, Clause 3
Donation benefits apply only while donation conditions are maintained and may partially or fully expire upon donation termination.
Article 10 (Donation Tiers and Account Protection)
Article 10, Clause 1 (Bronze)
During the donation period, accounts are protected from deletion due to inactivity.
This protection is removed immediately upon donation termination.
Article 10, Clause 2 (Silver)
In addition to Bronze benefits, 1,000 points are granted once.
Account protection is removed upon donation termination.
Article 10, Clause 3 (Gold)
In addition to Bronze benefits, 10,000 points are granted once.
Account protection is removed upon donation termination.
Article 10, Clause 4 (Platinum)
In addition to Bronze benefits, 50,000 points are granted once.
Account protection remains even after donation termination.
Article 11 (Donation Notices)
Article 11, Clause 1
Donation benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Article 11, Clause 2
If donation benefits are abused or rules are violated, the operator may revoke or restrict such benefits.
Article 11, Clause 3
All users are subject to the same rules and sanction standards regardless of donation status.
Article 12 (Final Provisions)
Article 12, Clause 1
The final authority for interpretation and application of matters not explicitly stated in these rules rests with the operator.
Article 12, Clause 2
These rules take effect from the date they are announced.
